After a sample file is obtained and scored, a 30-minute Webinar is scheduled to maximize every one’s time. In addition to providing the theory and background to the model, we will present the findings of IMPACT with your data. We will process any size sample (between 5,000 and 50,000 records has proven a most effective sample file) and it can be of any age or type of business – all we require is that the file has at least 90 days’ payment history.
The IMPACT model is not only proven, it is safe. No identifiable consumer information is required. It’s an easy IT application:
STEP 1. PREPARE your SAMPLE DATA FILE with the following FIVE(5) REQUIRED FIELDS of INFORMATION:
A. Unique Identifier (Account #)
B. Original or Placement Balance (Performance Indicator)
C. Zip Code
D. Payments (Cumulative # of Payments with minimum of 90 days payment history)
E. Cumulative Dollar Amounts (reflecting the minimum of 90 days payment history)
F. Optional – Score (Example…Fico, Experian, Trans Union, Internal, etc… as long as it is consistent across all accounts)
STEP 2. SUBMIT the FOLLOWING INITIAL DATA ONLY:
A. Unique Identifier (Account #)
B. Original or Placement Balance (Performance Indicator)
C. Zip Code
Once we receive this data we will run it through the IMPACT model and send back a high level 9-Segment Summary. We then request the “cumulative” payment file of the same accounts be submitted within 24 hours:
STEP 3. SUBMIT PAYMENT HISTORY:
A. Unique Identifier (Account #)
D. Payments (Cumulative # of Payments with minimum of 90 days payment history)
E. Cumulative Dollar Amounts (reflecting the minimum of 90 days payment history)
F. Optional – Score (Example…Fico, Experian, Trans Union, Internal, etc… as long as it is consistent across all accounts)
The Impact Data IT Department will then lay the Payment History over the Summary. Impact Data will schedule a Webinar with all decision makers at your company within 48 hours. We will present the information and demonstrate the separation and increased revenue opportunities with your data to validate the Impact Model and provide Proof of Performance during the Webinar.
